You make the difference 

We don't think about it every day, but the success of our company revolves around your efforts and that of all colleagues. Together we ensure that our customers are well taken care of, each contributing from their own role.

It might seem like a straightforward task, but with the growth and development of our company, this sometimes becomes a challenge. Systems and procedures, designed to make our work easier, can occasionally make things more complicated. This requires trust, cooperation and perseverance. Qualities that you have shown time and time again this year. And that makes us proud. 

At the beginning of this year we identified three key focus areas:

• A rock solid company
• # Together strong
• Putting the customer first

We’re hearing feedback that both colleagues and customers notice the progress we’re making. That’s why we’ll continue to focus on these priorities in the coming year—not only because they work but also because there’s still work to be done. Improving a little every day. Yet we know that the real difference is not in systems, priorities or plans, but in people! In what you do, and what we do together. Everyone in their own way, in the warehouse, the studio, on the telephone or at the customer’s table. Going that extra mile, and that’s what makes the difference.

We wish you a Merry Christmas, a joyful New Year’s celebration, and an energetic new year. Together, we’ll continue to make the difference.
